Our Return Privileges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our exacting quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • HATS (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-tailored items from our Boys Suits & Tuxedos or Half Canvas collections
  • Items marked as final sale

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, our Houston-based team will email you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
  • International return instructions (where applicable)
  • Detailed packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items with the same care we take in preparing our French cuff shirts:

  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Include all original tags and documentation
  • Affix the provided return label securely

Step 4: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

For exchanges, we’ll promptly ship your replacement item via your preferred shipping method.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
