All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days from our Houston atelier before being dispatched to your destination.
Shipping Methods
We offer two distinguished shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Complimentary Shipping: For orders over $50, we provide free shipping via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
International Notice: While we serve clients globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Should any item not meet your exacting standards, we offer a refined returns process designed for your convenience.
Return Privileges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, provided they are:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our exacting quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
- HATS (for hygiene reasons)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day, our Houston-based team will email you:
- A prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (where applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

- Use the original packaging when possible
